I got my wisdom teeth removed here and could not have been happier with the staff throughout the whole process. They were always available for any questions or concerns, always upbeat when answering the phone, and listened to your concerns without making you feel dismissed. They also have an after-hours number for wisdom teeth removals if you had any concerns, so you were always supported throughout the entire healing process. The only issue I had was having to wait a while before getting called back, and so I had to sit in my anxiety for a while, which definitely was more difficult with how anxious I was. But a special thanks to one of the sweet technicians that got me ready for my appointment, I wish I knew her name. She did such an amazing job at explaining what I should expect and making me feel safe and comfortable. I don’t remember much from the procedure but right before I was put to sleep, I remember her saying β€œI hope you enjoy your nap sweetheart” and it instantly made me feel comfortable and in good hands. So so many other positives!!!!

If I could give them more stars, I would. What a wonderful first time experience. Had an appointment Wednesday, July 15th, office staff was so helpful and amazing. Dr Mauro came in, looked at my x-rays, talked about our plan and he was so very kind. He and his office staff put me at ease, even though I wanted to freak out about a wisdom tooth extraction at 40. After the appointment, they told me they would contact me after they got approval from my insurance, I thanked them and reminded them of how kind, sweet, and amazing they all were and left, feeling pretty good about it. Fast forward, I get a call July 16th, that I already had approval and they even had a cancelation for Friday. I jumped on it and took the appointment for today, July 17th. I have nothing but kind words for Dr Mauro and all the staff I interacted with today. Dr Mauro listened to me, and said he wouldn't use fentanyl because I have reactions to it (and gave me more details about it that i didn't know). I seriously can't thank them enough, they really made my freak out melt away with their kind words and understanding. Dr Mauro, you and your office staff are all so kind and amazing. Thank you for listening an

The TLDR is Dr. Mauro and his staff are genuinely amazing, and I 10/10 recommend them. I have extreme social anxiety and a panic disorder, so when my home dentist said I needed 3 teeth extracted and Dr. Most doesn't have the ability to sedate, I panicked. Dr. Most immediately referred me to Dr. Mauro and his team. They got me in as fast as was medically responsible (because I had to stop some medication before full sedation). I showed up with blood pressure to the moon and shaking. Every. Single. Person that I came into contact with was so kind, empathetic, and soothing. They got me back on time and Dr. Mauro came in shortly after my vitals were grabbed. Him and his assistant explained what they were going to do, explained their emergency protocol should I crash (because I have asthma and it is always a concern with sedation,) and explained the healing process. They made sure to answer my questions fully and kindly. I went from having a panic attack to feet crossed, hands clasped on my stomach and laughing, and that was BEFORE the sedation or even the IV was started! I am very hard to sedate because my body goes into flight or fight and I have woken up in every surgery I've ever

The team was super nice and answered every question I had in a very understanding way. When it came to Doctor Mauro, he was amazing making sure I was comfortable and that the numbing was actually working whenever I flinched. Then afterwards they called that day and the next day to follow up and make sure I was alright. I absolutely would recommend anyone that can go here for any kind of Oral Surgery they need done.

I would give them 100 stars if I could!! From the beginning when I made my appointment to my check in at the office, getting x-rays and getting my tooth removed everyone was absolutely amazing!! My tooth was in a very difficult spot and was causing me a lot of discomfort. The front desk staff was friendly and patient, answering my questions and making me feel welcome. My x-ray tech walked me through everything she was doing before she did it. The Dr.’s assistant was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, she gave me my aftercare package and went over it before and afterwards and she and Dr. Moreau work very well together. Dr. Moreau was a blessing! He was friendly and patient, making sure I was always comfortable and never complaining when I needed a break as to tooth was in a very difficult and uncomfortable spot. He didn’t try to rush to get the tooth out as I have had some do in the past. When we were done his assistant told me they would call and check on me the next day. True to her word Natalie called to see how I was doing the next day and kept the conversation short as I was in pain. When I went back a week later everyone was still friendl
